DLELight Theme is super lightweight and responsive theme for DLE 10.2 and 10.3, this new release is completely redesign the HTML and CSS structure to support "Responsive" layout, we released the first version as lightweight but this release is lighter and removed some jquery plugin and use CSS instead, like top menu etc...
